Szloch End Table
Based on the same root design as our Szloch floor ashtray, these end tables feature an additional forged steel bar in the base with the same curve as the verticals, but flipped concave. The cool negative space this creates almost got us to use a glass top, but we went with bookmatched walnut. All the rivits are hot-set by torching the ends and hammering them tightly into place. This is how the Eiffel tower was built and there are 1.2 million such rivits in the Golden Gate bridge. This table is also available with a rail around the top to secure bottles and glasses when used as a small-scale bar.
