Diving Board Ashtray
This is a sneak preview of the next Pepperbox product. Made from bronze and hot rolled steel, this small but robust unit does a great job of holding today’s big ring gauges. (Shown here with a 6-1/2 x 52 Toro)
This is a very technical little nugget of metal that may prove too expensive to produce as currently designed. The bronze “diving board” is made of two halves to create a perfectly crisp crease in the middle, but requires a very skilled and steady hand to weld correctly. The base blocks are paired sets that have 3 holes and a compound mitered slot that all need to match perfectly and let the diving board slide into place. We expect the final version of this item to be market-ready in the second quarter of 2013.
Overall length 5-3/4”, overall height 2-1/8”
